It was a busy summer for Mother Marianne’s West Side Kitchen. Lunch time meals soared to “over 9,500 in just two months,” Director Ed Morgan reported.

Meals served in July amounted to 4,783, and August saw a total of 4,768 meals served.

He adds: “This has put a big dent in our cupboards and budget. Please consider an extra gift of money or food over the next month. And thank you for your generosity!”
