Mother Marianne’s West Side Kitchen served 4,033 meals to go in April, reports Director Ed Morgan.
That breaks down to 2,865 meals for adults, 376 meals for children and 789 meals for senior citizens.
He also noted the extra expense of providing meals under pandemic rules:
“We spent over $2,000 for takeout containers, cleaning supplies and masks.”
